Former 90 Day Fiancé star Amira Lollysa revealed her new figure after spending time in the gym, as she spilled her workout secrets on Instagram. French beauty Amira became a fan favorite upon her reality TV debut on 90 Day Fiancé season 8. Amira was then engaged to California man Andrew Kenton and was planning on moving to America on a K-1 visa. However, Amira and Andrew’s relationship was marred by the pandemic, which foiled their plans. There were just 22 days left on Amira’s K-1 visa when she hatched a plan with Andrew to enter the United States via Mexico, which terribly flopped.
Amira and Andrew met on an international dating site and got engaged within two days of their first meeting in Las Vegas. Their relationship on 90 Day Fiancé also ended quickly, and at the end of the season Amira dumped Andrew due to his unreasonable demand about having kids as soon as they got married. Amira refused to go to the U.S. and earned the respect of millions of fans. But alas, during the 90 Day Fiancé Tell-All, Amira admitted she was already with a new American man, making fans wonder if she was only with Andrew for a Green Card. In November 2021, Amira made it to the States, and it looks like she’s been staying there since, though what exactly she does there is a mystery.

But one thing’s for sure, Amira has been working hard on her physique and has become noticeably more toned as per her new photos online. In a new Instagram story update, Amira looked very different while showing off her taut midriff and abs. Anfisa wore a red workout outfit consisting of a sports bra and shorts, and wore her hair in a new style, with curls and crimps as opposed to Amira’s 90 Day Fiancé look, in which she had long, thick waves falling down her shoulders. Amira pouted for the cameras when she moved to show her tiny waist and told her followers that she had just finished working out.
Before fans could ask Amira to share her workout details, she wrote about how she had burned 900 calories during her session. “900 cal on treadmill 10 mins abs 30 squats,” Amira added. She also wrote about how her one Instagram story could provide her admirers with “endless motivation.” Meanwhile, Amira continues to refrain from posting much on her Instagram feed. Her last update was in April this year, and Amira’s last 90 Day Fiancé appearance was on 90 Day Diaries. Clearly, a lot has happened in Amira’s life since she was still living in Saumur, France. Back then she’d found a new job and was talking about getting engaged to an unknown American man.

In November 2021, it was reported that Amira traveled to the U.S. to meet her mystery man in Las Vegas. But Amira has since then been linked to 90 Day Fiancé cast member David Murphey, with whom she’s posted many romantic updates on Instagram so far. David eventually admitted that Amira is not his girlfriend, which closed that surprising chapter for TLC viewers. It doesn’t appear that Amira and Andrew have gotten back together either. Rest assured, Amira mentioning 90 Day Fiancé in her Instagram bio suggests she might be busy planning her comeback to the franchise, perhaps in a new season of 90 Day: The Single Life.
