The 90 Day Fiancé franchise is famous for its explosive breakups, and some cast members have turned their broken hearts into financial success stories. Though it’s tough to show heartbreak on national television, the platform that stars of the franchise are given can be an excellent opportunity to capitalize on even the toughest emotional experiences. The show’s producers claim that their success rate, in terms of marriages, is quite high, with only about 10% of relationships ending in divorce. However, that is only for the couples who make it to the altar. Many couples featured on the franchise’s spin-off shows, including Before The 90 Days, break up before they even get engaged. While these breakups often come with the sting of failure for those involved, dramatic splits are one of the things that keep viewers interested.

Rose was featured in Before the 90 Days season 4, when she met with fellow castmate Edward “Big Ed” Brown for the first time. Erika was one-half of the first LGBTQ+ couple to be featured on the franchise, along with her ex-girlfriend, Stephanie Matto. She had met Stephanie online after following her on YouTube, and the two met face-to-face in Australia on Before the 90 Days season 4. Their relationship ended disastrously, and the two did not part on good terms. Stephanie is well known as a clout chaser, and she’s made a lot of money off their breakup. Stephanie’s treatment of Erika made fans sympathize with her, and though she left the franchise after her initial appearance, she has maintained a large following.
Already a successful photographer, Erika has launched an artistic business called Glitterbuggin Crafts, through which she sells colorful handmade earrings. She also has half a million followers on Instagram, where she posts sponsored fashion, hair, and makeup inspirations, selling pieces from her colorful clothing collection online. In addition to finding success financially, she has been in a happy relationship with her partner Chris for the past two years.

In spite of this, they returned in season 8, when Natalie received her K-1 visa and moved to Mike’s isolated farm in Sequim, WA. Mike nearly called off the marriage, and the two tied the knot at the last minute. Their explosive breakup was featured on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6, after which Natalie starred in 90 Day: The Single Life season 2. In addition to being featured on many seasons and shows in the franchise, Natalie has found success as a model and influencer. She even launched her own cooking program on her YouTube channel, where she also does makeup tutorials.
