Popular 90 Day Fiancé star Tiffany Franco Smith seems to have lost her tooth in a new Instagram update. Tiffany and her South African husband Ronald Smith got married on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way season 1 and soon welcomed baby Carley. Things have often been on and off between Tiffany and Ronald in their long-distance relationship as the wait for Ronald’s visa kept getting harder. Fans heard about Tiffany and Ronald deciding to divorce each other many times, but each time they eventually got back together. Fans thought their TLC romance was over for good when Ronald showed off a new girlfriend on Instagram, and Tiffany showed off her weight loss.
Tiffany and Ronald’s relationship hadn’t improved when fans last saw them on the screen in 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 6. During the Tell-All, Ronald accused Tiffany of cheating on him with a cameraman. Ronald not being a responsible father, both when it came to providing for the family or child-care, was giving Tiffany a tough time. In the same episode, Tiffany revealed she was getting the same weight loss surgery as Angela Deem and Ronald wasn’t supportive of her decision. Angela agreed when Ronald spoke about how Tiffany would appreciate her weight loss a lot more if she didn’t find a quick fix but instead, put in the work.
In June 2021, she underwent gastric sleeve surgery, and by June this year, Tiffany seems to have lost almost 100 pounds. Fans love watching Tiffany on Instagram as they wait for her to come back to the 90 Day Fiancé franchise. On social media, Tiffany shared funny, relatable, TikTok videos, most often ones that poke fun at her own relationship with Ronald. In one such video Tiffany shared on Sunday, however, fans noticed more than just Tiffany’s wit and humor. 90 Day Fiancé star Tiffany lipsynced to audio that says, “Date someone who’s normal” and she adds, “not my type” with a smirk. But as Tiffany opened her mouth to say her dialogue, her Instagram followers saw that something was wrong with her teeth.
“Did anyone else notice that she is missing a tooth???” asked a curious follower. Their comment has received about 32 likes now with someone replying, “right away! I saw that big hole.” Another TLC viewer tried explaining, “She’s not. Look at her other reels.” However, a different fan explained that Tiffany wears an implant which she’s not wearing in this clip. One fan told the rest that many months ago, Tiffany had said that she was going to get braces. Apart from her dental issues, 90 Day Fiancé celeb Tiffany was also called out by her well-wishers for marrying Ronald who’s the “irresponsible type with bad credit.”
She may not have the best of teeth, still, Tiffany receives a lot of love from fans who are either inspired by her weight loss to get surgery themselves or appreciate how she shows off her new figure in her posts. Tiffany has been gone from TLC for a while and fans are waiting to get a confirmation about her and Ronald’s relationship. In case Tiffany was done with Ronald and split with him for sure, fans wouldn’t mind seeing the mother of two find someone who’s “normal” on 90 Day: The Single Life. But despite everything that happened, Ronald is still a part of Tiffany’s life while she is going through a great time where both her 90 Day Fiancé marriage and health are on the right track.
