- This role will be responsible for the strategy and direction for improving Sales from Kiosks and Visitor Line sales within the Modern Trade channel.
Ownership of the end-to-end Partner management to ensure high level of partner satisfaction is a key aspect along with driving sales volumes with improved efficiency from every possible resources
Skills & Responsibilities:
1. Own the end-to-end partner management
2. Development of channel or enhance channel by:
· Analyzing/understanding the market
· Determining feasibility and prioritization of new opportunities
· Visiting market and partner premises
· Complete sales or Tactical financial models/business cases
· Specifically bring new ideas in the areas of business expansions
3. Enhances the services & efficiency to meet the growing demands and provide customized solutions for sales and revenue to meet organization targets
4. Ability to deep dive into the partner and partner employees, define market / locations segments and create / derive opportunity
5. Define and review process, procedures and guidelines for the partner management and monitors and supervise their implementation of strategies till last mile.
6. Monitors, evaluates and highlights the products ongoing performance and quality of customer acquisitions, monitors and reviews key performance indicators
7. Analyze sales and business KPIs, and accordingly undertakes corrective actions to meet objectives
8. Promoter management and proactive plan to increase the productivity
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 15 years or more experience & min 8 years in same domain
