Lifetime’s Married at First Sight season 15 has a brand new batch of couples, and fans are already annoyed by Alexis Mitchell’s possibly fake voice on the show. Alexis had a difficult time finding love the traditional way, and turned to MAFS for a shot at a relationship with a complete stranger. The show’s experts paired her and Justin Hall, and they already have something in common, as both are getting on viewers’ nerves.
Gone are the days of MAFS season 14’s Lindsey and Mark constantly fighting, and Steve Moy and Noi Phommasak staying out of the drama, unless there is pasta involved. Season 15 has an all-new cast of San Diego residents, who are looking to find their matches with people that they have never met before. This season follows physical therapist Lindy with associate medical director Miguel, and previously engaged sales rep Krysten Collins and environmental policy advocate, Mitch Silverstein. Also along for the ride is accountant Stacia Karcher with day trader Nate Duhon, nurse Morgan Bell with engineer Binh Trinh, and logistics specialist Alexis with digital marketing expert, Justin.

Alexis shocked Married at First Sight fans by telling the cameras that she has been proposed to three times already, and fans are eager to know the story behind that. She admitted to her new husband that she was afraid of commitment, but fans think there may be more to the story. Certain MAFS fans were also more critical of Alexis and her voice on Reddit, as user r/Cherry-Coloured-Funk said, “Alexis’ voice makes me want to die. A squealing baritone…” While others were concentrating on her vows to Justin, this viewer was distracted by her seemingly inauthentic voice.

Fans are still excited to see more of Alexis and Justin’s blossoming marriage, as well as the drama that will surely unfold over the course of the season.
