Host of The Masked Singer Nick Cannon recently shared that all of his children will be friends irrespective of what the children’s mothers think.
Host of The Masked Singer, Nick Cannon, has declared that all of his children will be friends. Currently, Nick has six children and is welcoming two more after tragically losing one of his sons in the past year. With Mariah Carey, he shares Monroe and Moroccan Cannon. He shares his other children, Golden ‘Sagon’ and Powerful Queen, Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir, with Brittany Bell and Abby De La Rosa. Abby is expecting another child for the star this year, and Bre Tiesi will be added to the list of women who will birth a Cannon. Because of the number of children Nick has, many have wondered whether he would be able to be a parent to each child and whether the children would have the opportunity to live as true siblings.
In reality, siblings that have different parents usually spend time together once their parents effectively communicate. In the case of the Cannon children, most of their mothers have not met. Abby De La Rosa is the only mother of Nick’s children that has admitted to meeting and socializing with one of the other mothers of Nick’s children but she never revealed who it was. Though most of the children’s mothers do not communicate, Nick had said earlier in the year that he expected the women to be respectful of each other and to, at least, get along with him.

In addition to expecting respect from the mothers of his children, Nick has also said that he wants his children to develop a close relationship. The star has recently spoken on this matter, according to The Daily Mail, and he said, in the form of a rap on a radio show, that his children will be friends irrespective of how their mothers may feel. Nick said, “All of my children will always be friends, even if their mamas not in agreeance… Cannon’s a gang and we’re in allegiance. Cannon’s the name and they can achieve it.” Nick did not mention which of the women he was referring to, but he addressed the public’s question about his availability for his children. He said, “I gotta say something to all of my kids, your daddy gonna love you whatever it is. Public opinions and public affairs/but f**k what they talking about.”
Nick has no issues discussing the attention he gives to his children, but he always finds himself in somewhat of a bind when questioned about the race of women he has children with or even dates. Just recently, on Nick’s comedy show, Wild ‘N Out, one of his castmates, Karlous Miller, inquired about this during the game ‘Plead The Fifth,’ and specifically asked when the star would have a child with a black woman. A clip of the questioning was posted on an Instagram page called The Neighborhood Talk, and many of the page’s followers shared their opinion on the line of questioning. One commenter said, “I get what he’s saying; HOWEVER, we don’t want no parts of the cult. Signed, Black Women.” Another said, “Please don’t loop black women in that circus. We are worth more.” Nick’s response was not included in the online clip.

Many people assumed the host of The Masked Singer would stop having children, especially since he had said he had gotten a vasectomy consultation. However, it does not look like Nick is looking to slow down on making children soon. Nick, who is also known for not being monogamous, recently shared that he would consider marriage but he will only take that step once he has found the right person.
