UNIBEN Teaching Hospital College of Nursing Entry Qualifications
Notice is hereby given that admission into College of Nursing 2021/2022 session is ongoing. Candidates are to enroll for the Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination and come with their (JAMB) score sheet with a minimum score of 120.
ONLY 2021/2022 JAMB RESULT IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ADMISSION SESSION.
The O/level requirements include 5 credits in the under-listed subjects in not more than two sittings.

Candidates should be 17 years and above.
How to Apply for UBTH College of Nursing Admission Form
The sales of Post UTME forms will commence on Monday 6th of June, 2022.
Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited centre to effect their change of institution to School of Nursing, UBTH, Benin City.
PUTME form cost N2,000 payable into UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) Via the Remita Platform in any commercial bank under the service type “Training School” – School of Nursing.
Note: This sale of the PUTME form is not online.
The closing date for submission of the form is 13th July 2022.
Screening Examination will hold on Saturday, 16 July 2022, at 10:00 am prompt.
