Moriah Plath from WTP is moving on to bigger and better things. Her heart is finally on the mend since her split from Max Kallschmidt.
The devastating heartbreak that Moriah Plath has endured on Welcome to Plathville has certainly taken its toll. She has had a difficult time trying to bounce back after her unexpected split from Max Kallschmidt. Moriah was left with no other choice than to break things off after he admitted he made a mistake and wasn’t faithful.

Although Moriah was reluctant to share all of the details about their breakup, she opened up in a tearful moment on Welcome to Plathville, saying she just wanted to be happy again.
Thankfully in the months since Moriah and Max parted ways, she is finding herself again and isn’t letting her failed relationship get in the way of her happiness. She recently shared a post on Instagram proving that she has been able to find joy, loyalty, and trust in someone else. Moriah revealed her new best friend in her latest post, writing, “Blackjack. Dogs are an independent girl’s best friend! Having him by my side kinda feels like for once in my life my whole world could fall apart but he’s gonna be the one that stays! He’s just a baby but doesn’t know how much he’s helped me in 2 short weeks!” In true Moriah fashion, the Welcome to Plathville star wore a beautiful black dress for her photo shoot with her new companion by her side.
The reality star went on to explain that her dog is a European Doberman, and she chose his name while having a conversation with her dad, Barry Plath, when discussing the possibility of getting a dog. She knew that caring for a dog would be a big responsibility, but she felt like it was the relationship she truly needed. Moriah gave Blackjack the middle name Rebel, which she admitted shouldn’t come as a surprise. Growing up, Moriah has always felt like an outsider in her family and is a self-described “rebel with a reckless heart.”

It looks like the risk has been worth the reward so far, as the Welcome to Plathville star has said he is making such a positive difference in her life. Love and friendship come in all different forms, and Moriah is thankful to have him through the ups and the downs. She is currently in the process of training her new puppy, and he has unexpectedly taught her more about herself than she ever thought possible. Moriah’s Welcome to Plathville followers are excited to see she has found the unconditional love and appreciation she deserves.
